How much room do I need for a Bounce? Our Bounces vary in size from 15' x 15' to 15' x 60'. The minimum amount of space needed
varies with each Bounce. Be sure to look overhead for tree limbs or utility lines.
Where can I set up a Bounce? Almost anywhere you have a flat 20' x 20' area. Sandy areas should be avoided. Grass, concrete, or
asphalt is OK. Use your front yard, back yard, any yard. How about the local park? Your local church or school, community club, or
almost anywhere.
What do I need to provide? You provide the kids, we provide the fun. There should be an electrical outlet within 75" and at least one
responsible adult to supervise the Bounce.
How far in advance should I reserve a Bounce? As far in advance as possible. Some people make reservations over a year in
advance for birthdays, spring and fall festivals, and other events.
Do you require a deposit? Yes a $25.00 deposit is required for each bounce or a $50.00 deposit for each waterslide at time of
reservation to reserve your bounce(s) / waterslide(s). The deposit can be paid in either cash, check, or credit cards and mailed to Big
Bounce World 224 Arian Lane Covington, LA 70433. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill.
Big Bounce World reserves the right to cancel for any reason with the return of your deposit.
What if I need to cancel? Customer will receive a full refund of deposit with cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to reservation date. If
customer cancels less than 2 weeks prior to reservation date Big Bounce World will keep the deposit but customer may apply it to a
future rental within a 30 day period.
What if the weather turns bad? Rain, cold, or very windy. Big Bounce World wants you to enjoy your event, and you can’t do that if
the weather does not cooperate. We do not deliver or set up bounce in the rain. If it is raining, just give us a call, and we will set up
another date. In the event of rain or bad weather, your deposit will not be refunded. Once the bounce is set up, there are no refunds
given. If there is a brief shower, just unplug the bounce and fold it over itself, when it quits raining, just plug it back up and in two minutes
you are ready to jump again.
OK, I want to rent a Bounce, what do I need to do?
2. Decide on a date, and how long you will need the Bounce. Make sure you rent it long enough for everybody to have plenty of time to
jump.
3. Make your reservation either by phone at (504)940-4264, or by emailing us your information *name, address, phone number, which
Bounce, and date needed. When making reservations online, Big Bounce World will call you that day and confirm your reservation and
answer any other questions you may have. A few days before your scheduled event Big Bounce World will give you a call and confirm
the scheduled delivery time.
4. The day of the Bounce rental, please make sure any rocks, sticks, jagged objects, animal waste, or other objects are removed from the
bounce set up area.
